Abstract Expressionism of a Portrait symbolizing a past leader that had vision without the obstruction from obstacles. Smoke from the cigarette intended to express the feeling of vision without this obstructing her view. This was not intended in any way to make cigarette smoking look attractive or a positive thing. In fact I doubt Elizabeth did any smoking outside of maybe trying out of curiosity a couple of times.
This leader was a true role model of leadership that brought about better conditions economically for people of her country along with unity and the ability to defend against aggression from foreign countries.
